9 Years of Gratitude!
It's been 9 years since Kati Portland first established, and we want to take this moment to deeply appreciate all of our customers, vendors, supporters, and especially our talented and loyal team at Kati Portland. Without you, we would not be here today.
After COVID—and even until now—we all know it's been an incredibly challenging time for restaurants and small businesses to adapt and survive in a new world. As a local, woman-owned restaurant, we have always given our heart to our customers. We have kept our recipes and food qualities the same, and we have not made any food price adjustments for the past two years. We understand how hard the cost of living has become, especially in a big city like Portland. Portland is our home, and you, our fellow Portlanders, are our family — and together, we will continue to thrive.
In 2025, we have given Kati Portland a fresh new look — a little more lively and vibrant! Some neighbors might wonder if there’s a new owner — but no! Kati Portland has been under the same ownership and management since 2016. Same recipes, same heart.
Chef-owner Sarah Jansala has always been here, cooking for you and making sure you walk out of Kati Portland happy.

We have been absorbing the rising cost of eggs for many months to maintain our food quality while keeping our prices unchanged. However, due to the ongoing high egg prices, we have made the difficult decision to add a temporary $1 upcharge for any item that includes eggs.
If egg prices return to a more reasonable range, we will adjust accordingly. We truly appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to serve you the best quality food.
